My order says “delivered” but I did not receive it. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order tracking says “Delivered”, and you have not received your package, you should contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim needs to be filed with them as soon as possible.
How long will my custom order take? Custom hoodies and bustiers are subject to an 6-8 week timeline. Custom sweatpants are subject to an 8-10 week timeline. All custom orders are subject to take longer than projected, if necessary.
I want to include my measurements and ideas for my custom order. Where do I do that? Upon purchasing, please put all information in the ‘SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SELLER’ box at the checkout page.
Can I change my order? Cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted. Returns are only accepted in the case of a damaged or incorrect order.
